Sourdough, over and over and over again.

I tried a few different recipes:

I tried three different kinds of flour to make three different starters all to various degrees of success.
The toasty butter garlic croutons slabs you ate today were the best rise (not pictured below)! Failures included burning the first batch of croutons and my the ferment souring toooo much when I left for the NCECA conference.

See pictures below and mark my words by the end of the summer I'll make a good loaf.
