41%: middle between dark and sweet but toward to sweet, thick

59%: No sugar, without test, Not really bitter

60%: Like alcohol test, fermented taste

72%: Taste came later and the bitter or dark last for while

88%: Tase came later and later  and at the bottom of the month feel very strong bitter

Balancing Fat and Acid( Oil, vinegar, salt, lettuce)

Lettuce+ 1 oil+ 1 vin: Acidic, burning

Lettuce+ 1 oil+ 2 vin: Acidic,  not burning and lighter

Lettuce+  1 vin:  Not burning and lighter that with oil an vin

Grapefruit with salt great and without salt it has lack of flavor
